格瑞克永磁空压机,采用最先进的调速电机,而非常见的普通电机+变频器模式,故有以下优点:

永磁电机效率高达97%,比普通变频电机效率高出3-4%,节能效果明显;永磁电机与压缩机主机采用内嵌式一体轴直连结构,无联轴器部件,无传动齿轮,结构更加紧凑,传动效率100%;

 

无电机轴承,故不需维护保养,不需加润滑脂,减少电机使用费用;

无电机轴套,无密封,不用担心安装同轴度;

永磁电机仅为传统电机1/3大小,拆装方便;

 

整机变频运行,能根据用户的实际用气量需求调频运行,当用气量变少时,永磁电机仍能保持极高的电机效率,与普通变频电机比,电机效率优势明显,空压机节能效果显著;

 

能够实现变频启动,大大减少了对电网设备的冲击,不会对用电设备造成损伤。运行时,电机电流不会超过满载电流;

 

与固定转速空压机相比,节能22%-30%.与普通变频空压机相比,节能5%-10%,而且是系统用气量波动越大,节能效果越明显。

 

GREAT permanent magnet air compressor adopts the most advanced speed regulating motor,rather than the usual common motor+frequency converter mode.so the machine has the following advantages;

The permanent magnet motor has anefficiency of up to 97%,3-4% higher than of common frequency conversion motors,displaying an obvious energy-saving effect;the permanent magnet motor and the compressor main machine adopt anembedded integral bearing direct-connecting structure,without coupling part andtransmission gear,realizing a more compact structure and a 100% transmission efficiency.

As it has no motor bearing.maintenance or service is not needed,and there is no need to apply lubricating grease,thus reducing the use cost of motor.

As it has no motor bearing sleeve or sealing,concem about installation proper alignment is not necessary.

The pemanet magnet motor is only 1/3 a traditional motor in size,so it is easy todismount and assemble.

The whole machine runs with frequency conversion and can run by changing frequency according to the use is actually used air quantity;when the used air quantity reduces,the permanent magnet motor can still maintain eztremely high motorefficiency;in comparison with common frequency conversion motors,the motor shows an obvious adnantage in terms of efficiency and the air compressor displays a remarkable energy-saving effect.

The machine can start with frequency conversion;while running,motor currency will not exceed the full-load currency,at the same time laraely reducing shock to power grid equipment and avoiding damage to electrical equipment.

In comparison with invariable-speed air compressors,the machine can save energy by 22%to30%;compared with common frequency conversion air compressors,the machine can save energy by 5% to 10%;besides,the more air quantity used by the system fluctuates,the better the energy-saving effect is.
